Financial Assistance

  As we plan for the 2017-18 school year, we want to apprise you of three different grant programs available to assist our SASEAS School families. It is the desire of both St. Andrew and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton parishes that any family who wants to send their children to our school, is given every opportunity and as much aid as possible. We want every family to take advantage of the excellent Catholic education that we offer.

1) The newest program awarding grant money is a result of the recent Archdiocesan campaign and a fact sheet about that program is attached.

             2) The tuition assistance program that is administered by SASEAS School awards $20,000 annually to St. Andrew and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton parishioners.

       Application for both of these programs can be accessed through the school web site www.saseasschool.org by clicking on the FACTS link or by going directly to online.factsmgt.com/aid. FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for SASEAS School and the Archdiocese of Cincinnati for the upcoming 2017-2018 school year.  Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by January 27, 2017. Once your application has been completed, the following information must be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:

 

  • Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
  • Copies of your 2015 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
  • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
  • Payment of $28 made payable to FACTS Management

 

You can submit all supporting documentation by uploading them in a pdf format online, fax to 866-315-9264 or mail to the address below.  Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence. You may contact FACTS directly to speak with a FACTS Customer Care Representative at 866-441-4637.

            3) The third program which offers assistance is the EdChoice program administered by the State of Ohio. 

SASEAS School will again participate in the Ohio EdChoice Expansion program. As you know this award is based on the number of people in your household and your gross annual income. A family of four qualifies if their gross annual income was $48,600 or less.

  • To determine if you might qualify for this program please contact either Mrs. Sandy Reed at the Seton Campus or Mr. John Laudeman at the St. Andrew Campus.
  • The first application period will open soon. We will alert all families when this application process opens. The deadline for this open period has not been announced, so it would be wise to apply as soon as the process opens.
  • If you would like to explore this option online you may do so at: education.ohio.gov/edchoice.
