• Hold down the "Alt" key and type in the numeric code using the number pad to the right of the standard keyboard.
• For many laptop computers, the number pad is built into the regular keyboard - look for numbers on the letters (see red circle in diagram below)
• Make sure your number lock is on.  Hold down the "Fn" (Function) and "Alt" keys (see green circles in diagram below) and type the numbers you need using the number keypad - codes will NOT work with numbers above letter keys.
