Financial Assistance

As we plan for the next school year, we want to apprise you of three different grant programs available to assist our SASEAS School families. It is the desire of both St. Andrew and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton parishes that any family who wants to send their children to our school is given every opportunity and as much aid as possible. We want every family to take advantage of the excellent Catholic education that we offer.


1) "One Faith, One Hope, One Love" Campaign:  The newest program awarding grant money is a result of the recent Archdiocesan campaign and more information is available at:


Tuition support grants are awarded in $250, $500, $750, and $1200 per student amounts.  Families must first apply for this support before seeking parish/school support.  The initial deadline is January 31.  


2) The tuition assistance program that is administered by SASEAS School awards approximately $20,000 annually to St. Andrew and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton parishioners.  Contact the school principal for more information.


Application for both of these programs can be accessed through the school web site by clicking on the FACTS link or by going directly to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for SASEAS School and the Archdiocese of Cincinnati for the upcoming school year.  Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by the end of January. Once your application has been completed, the following information must be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:


  • Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
  • Copies of your most recent W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
  • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
  • Processing fee paid directly to FACTS Management


You can submit all supporting documentation by uploading them in a pdf format online, fax to 866-315-9264 or mail to the address below.  Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence. You may contact FACTS directly to speak with a FACTS Customer Care Representative at 866-441-4637.

3) The third program which offers assistance is the EdChoice Expansion Scholarship program administered by the State of Ohio.  This award is based on the number of people in your household and your gross annual income. A family of four qualifies if their gross annual income was $48,600 or less.

2020-2021 Tuition Assistance Information
Parents with children using state funded scholarships (EdChoice) can directly access their child’s scholarship information by setting up a Parent Portal account with the Ohio Department of Education. The secure log-in is called a SAFE account. Each parent can create their own SAFE account by going to this link:
You will need your state of Ohio ID or driver’s license available when setting up the SAFE account.
Once your SAFE account is set up, you can Sign In, go to the Scholarship Program link and connect to your students on the Dashboard that will come up. 
Instruction manuals and videos for setting up your SAFE account and connecting to your student, can be found on the scholarship program web pages.  
Visit  and select your scholarship program. Then, click on the For Parents link under the Quick Links for detailed Parent Portal information.
