First day of School, August 27, 2020! Welcome Back!


Application for both the Archdiocesan "One Faith, One Hope, One Love" and local school/parish support can be accessed through the school website by clicking on the FACTS link or by going directly to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for SASEAS Catholic School and the Archdiocese of Cincinnati for the upcoming school year.  Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. Once your application has been completed, the following information must be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:


  • Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
  • Copies of your W-2 forms for both you and spouse.
  • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
  • Application fee made payable to FACTS Management


You can submit all supporting documentation by uploading them in a pdf format online, fax to 866-315-9264 or mail to the address below.  Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.
