St. Andrew-St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School

First day of School, August 27, 2020! Welcome Back!
Technology » Welcome!

Students at SASEAS School utilize educationally appropriate technology to enhance their thought and problem-solving skills, and use multiple resources to access, evaluate, process and communicate information. The faculty integrates information technologies into every aspect of school life and models the appropriate use of technology so that the students begin to see it as a useful tool.
Technology is used in connection with and to enhance the graded courses of study as approved by the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. SASEAS School makes use of the most effective up to date equipment so that students are able to communicate safely and effectively in our modern society.
SASEAS School has over 350 devices including I-pads, Chrome Books, Laptops and Desktops. All of the devices are networked, have filtered access to the internet and can be used wirelessly with printer access.

Seton Campus

  • Grades Preschool-3 has 2 or more desktop computers in their classrooms running Windows 7. Additionally, grades 1-3 have classroom sets of I-Pads that allow students to use apps in conjunction with classroom curriculum, providing a more interactive and hands-on approach to learning.
  • Grades 4-5 classrooms have 3 or more desktop computers in each classroom as well as “Computer on Wheels” providing each student use of their own laptop when necessary.
  • Teachers are able to schedule students into a 30 computer lab (Windows 7) for addition instruction and computer use.
  • All classrooms have Interactive White Boards and projectors.

St. Andrew Campus

  • Grades 6-8 students use Chrome Books throughout the day.
  • Each student has a Google Apps for Education account to help them learn how to communicate, and work collaboratively in a “cloud environment.”
  • All Chrome Books are networked and students are able to print to printers located on each floor.
  • All classrooms have Interactive White Boards and projectors.

Students will leave SASEAS School not only knowing how to use technology, but how to use it to learn.
