Washington DC Chaperones for 2018 trip

Thank you to Mr. Rickenbaugh, Mr. Haskins, Mrs. Lieber, and Mrs. Kelly for volunteering to join us as chaperones for the 8th grade DC trip this year.  I will be posting a rough itinerary as soon as possible and periodically updating it as changes are made and reservations are confirmed. 

Spelling Bee Representatives for 8th Grade

Congratulations to Matt Gates, Sam Mrusek, Addie Kern, and Noah Burkhardt.  They will be representing the 8th grade in our junior high spelling bee on Tuesday, January 9th. 

Adopt-A-Family reminder

Please deliver all cakes to the St. Andrew Parish Center/gym in the morning.  Mr. Johnson will be there to assist you.  
 
All items for the bake sale should go to the school office.

WELCOME BACK!

The 8th grade had a great first two days of school as they begin to settle into their new role as LEADERS of the school.  They are showing great promise and I can't wait to see how they come together as a class meeting all challenges head on.  It is going to be a GREAT YEAR!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank all of the students and parents for the generosity shown to me for Teacher Appreciation Week!  I loved everything from the signs, pictures, cards, flowers, candy, donuts and especially the COFFEE!!!!  Thanks so much for everything.  I really appreciated it.

8th Grade Graduation Slide Show

A Christmas Carol at the Playhouse tonight

Playhouse in the Park TONIGHT!  12/21/16 - If you bought a ticket please report to the school office between 535 - 545 PM.  The bus will leave promptly at 6.  Dress nice.  No shorts, athletic pants, or jeans.  You may purchase refreshments at intermission if you like.  Remember to bring money.  See you all tonight.  Pick up is behind school parking lot at 10 PM.

Adopt - A - Family letter.

Adopt-a-Family bake sale and cake auction is this Friday, December 2.  Please read attached letter for an explanation of what it is all about.
 
Eighth graders baking cakes for the auction should bring them to the Church basement on Friday morning.
 
Bake sale items may be brought in anytime this week to the school office. Please make sure that items are individually wrapped for sale.

EIGHTH GRADE TO CAMP KERN TOMORROW

Remember to pack a lunch with a drink and bring a water bottle.  You may come out of uniform but watch the weather and dress appropriately.   Remember to dress in layers.
