Extended Day Program

(For grades K-5)

Hours: 6:45-8:15 a.m. and 3:15-6:00 p.m. - Open every day school is in session and early dismissal days (there is a morning session only on the last day before Christmas Break and the last day of school)

Activities: Gym time, outside play, board games, drawing, movies and quiet/homework time

Registration Fee: $30/child (non-refundable)

Program Fee: $5.00/hour/child

FAQ's

How often do I have to use the Extended Day?
You may use the program every day, a couple of days a week, or on an as-needed basis. You do not have to make any commitments.

How do I pay?
Payment is made at the beginning of the week on an estimated number of hours. Any money not used is carried over to the next week. The same for any underestimation of payment, it is applied as a debit to the next week. You will not lose any money if you overpay and you only pay for what you use. Payment is $5.00/hour/child.

Can I use Flex 125 Dollars?
Yes.

How do you charge per hour?
The Seton campus school day ends at 3:20 p.m. We charge by the hour only, no half-hour rate. The first hour is from 3:20-4:20, second from 4:20-5:20, third from 5:20-6:00. There is a $5 per 15 minute late fee after 6:00 p.m.

What about Early Dismissal days?
The Extended Day Program is open on early dismissal school days. We are open the normal morning hours of 6:45 - 8:15 a.m. and from 1:00 - 6:00 p.m. in the afternoon on early dismissal days. Cost is $5.00/hour/child.

What about when school is not in session?
The Extended Day Program is closed when school is not in session.
